I've been working on web templates a lot lately. I've even started contributing to OpenWebDesign.org.

I've completed two of them thus far:

• The Classic Barnyard BBS Template
• The Club DJ Template

They have been posted to OpenWebDesign; but I've also included copies of them here on Barnyard, in the Projects section of the site. I will likely add more as I create them, but this is a good start.
